I'd pick 9. And the one change that I'd make would be that everyone in the world could live for as long as they wanted in a a state of perpetual, youthful, able-bodied, good health, but that this would be on condition that they continued to be, or at least attempt to be, of net benefit to the rest of mankind.
With this wish I'd:
get wish 1 - everlasting life
I already have as much inner peace as I'd want, so wish 2 doesn't interest me
Wish 3 = death. Why would I want that?
Why would I want a relationship with a "superior being"? I'd prefer to have a relationship with a human being - ie an "equal being". So wish 4 sounds like it's for weirdoes only.
Wish 5 would be nice, but given everlasting life it would be more satisfying searching for and finding a good enough romantic partner.
6. What sort of POWER are we talking about? Electrical power? Horsepower? Political power? Power to make wishes come true? If it were power to make wishes come I'd have this wish instead of 9. If it's electrical power, all that would do would save about £800 per year on my gas and electricity bills which is not that brilliant.
7. Why would I want a massive amount of respect? A modest amount of respect from other people is good enough for me.
8. Love would come eventually if I had everlasting life. Why rush it, if you've got plenty of time?
10 $50 million? I'd get that eventually if had wish number 9. But then I'd probably stop chasing after money once I got to $5 million.
