Buy an island in the Bahamas with a fully staffed Villa. Spend a month or two there while I decide how to spend the money. Buy a helicopter so I can hop from island to island when I get bored.
Buy a few companies and properties around the world so I can keep up the lifestyle to which I will be comming accustomed to.
Treat friends and family as appropiate.

i'd pay all my debts,buy a house down the country ,give money to family and friends and some to charity.

ah but did u look at the maths 
i wont have money for long cant count was givin the x 1 million but the fe**er ended up with 14 ............... noit that wouldnt be the normal for him wont give me a penny of his money but if i won the lotto he'd want half A

Haven't got a ticket of my own but in a syndicate of 14 so we get nearly 9 million each.
First thing I would do is leave the hellhole I work in.
Then I would....
1. clear my mortgage and loans,
2. buy an apartment each for my kids to use while at college and keep or sell afterwards.
3. put money aside for my kids college expenses,
4. have a long holiday
5. get my house and garden finished properly,
