guiriman: there are always other views .. go ahead and express them .. and who said there couldn't be female truck drivers?
Okay I can see you really do need BOTH better eyesight AND insight! Really you need to start moving around and find better places to be than the truck drivers' bar or the parking lot of the local supermarket!!!
In response to: wimmin people ... you are looking everyday more like truck drivers .. not a criticism .. just an observation ... please put femininity back into fashion .. you were given legs .. show them ..
where is this tendency towards a maculine look coming from? ..
Anyway, back to the topic.
Do you think sometimes quiri that women lose their femininty when they are fighting for equality? No matter what they wear?
I see it alot, with women fighting against anything that a man has to say.
Scared? No! I have a son of 20, you should hear what his friends say to me! I can still dress appropiately and feel feminine and am feminine. I can wear a skirt suit and it looks fantastic. I would never leave the building if I did not feel good about myself.
I see it more as dressing smartly for work. A nice pair of jeans can look fabulous on a woman.
That is because you are the incarnation of feminity

I am at a loss as to why you have posted the highlighted word 'truck drivers' with no text ...
Let me explain a little more precisely ...tho what it has to do with the thread ...
I didn't say wimmin were literally truck drivers ...or that there was anything wrong with wimmin being truck drivers...
I said that today ..very often when you look at a wimmin person .. you see a person whose dress is similar to the dress you would normally associate with the dress of a stereo typical truck driver ... it isn't a criticism because I believe people should dress how they want .. it is an observation because it is something I observe in society today ...tho I am reliably informed that it isnt the case in the backyards of Sweden ..

patfrombe: i have only been answering to your first answer dear, never said anything about jeans...
Ah ok, I wrongly assumed that men stuck together on this topic... now wait, Guiri is explaining himself... let's see what the issue really is all about. It's clearly a thorn in his side.

I hope this is a little clearer
Okay well it's just that the word truck driver somehow popped out when I read your manifesto... kind of hard to grasp the depth of the problem. This is not the backyards of Sweden, this is Finland, but oh well, it's close enough. I was actually talking about MY backyard. Now all I was suggesting was that you take your eyes and your new glasses elsewhere and find the places where all the really nice looking women hang out... as summer is approaching I'm sure that a session on the Italian beach will suffice to get you back together again

guiriman: is this a thorn in your side forum? my mistake..
I don't know, I suppose I was ASSuming again... But I'm slowly and surely grasping the depth of the trauma... It's clear it must run deep or it wouldn't take this long to find out what the real issue is? After all, I would have thought living in Italy would be quite satisfactory on this level? But maybe it really is better in the North. Eh?
LOL there's nothing like a visual illustration to prove a point. If this is really the issue here? Attitude eh? I think that's what Sommer and I were trying to plead for. Let's just say you find what you look for

Sym, I...we...whoever...am ...are ...whatever .. at liberty to discuss whatever topic we feel interesting enough to merit discussion on this forum .. it doesn't have to be mind shatteringly life or death issue .. if you don't agree that the topic...this one or any other ...is worthy of discussion .. you are also at liberty to not post anything
I assume your above quoted post is full of unnecessary sarcasm and not a serious attempt to discuss the topic of this thread ..
It is often better to keep quiet and let people guess whether you might be rude than to open your mouth and let them know that you are
