Good to see you back, NMG! I've been invited to join a couple of them, but haven't done so yet. When I can get online, I enjoy the interaction of the forums. I do keep meaning to check them out, though. I will have to do so. Somehow, time just flies away from me on here, and then it's time to go.

Look at top of page in bold letters Groups.You can look through at titles of group and what it is about. Some public to join,some invite only. Like forums with threads but having to do with a specific subject. Can always start a new group too!

I understand CS is trying to bring members together, but I think the idea of groups is absolutely terrible. All it's going to do down the road is cause alot of friction when there are groups going at it against one another in the forums. All they are doing are herding people into cliques. I thought the whole clique thing ended after high school. Kinda sad really. -JMO-

I have joined 2 although havn't been in forums much.Didn't know they existied,new to site while I was gone. I found out by getting invited into 1.I looked at all of them,then also joined a public 1.

Does this involve a couch and discussions about my childhood?

All that's going to happen is, the groups are going to evolve by requiring members of their group to wear tags. Once that happens, people aree going to be making 2nd , 3rd, etc accounts just so they can "look cool" wearing their groups tags.
Seen it a million times on myspace, myyearbook, facebook and sites of that nature. The site is going to then evolve from a dating site and into a social networking site (good example of this is Myyearbook, it was a local HS and how attracts more adults than kids, all looking for some lost childhood lust of being accepted).

See, I kind of wondered about the clique thing, and I've always avoided being part of cliques. I might check it out, but it doesn't mean I'll join. I like the forums just fine.
