It seems so hard sometimes. You get their attention, then what? I know it takes time and I know it is slow, so I am not whining or anything, just asking ya'll what ya'll do?

Well lol like you said to take it day by day and get to know the person. I think that once you meet the person face to face then you will know if there is a mutual chemistry or not. I believe you can start feelings for someone before you meet them but really can't call it love till you meet them face to face.

makes alot of sense. I also believe that when you like someone you meet like this, when you finally do meet them, it will probaly take your breath away.

All I can tell you is I am in this thing for the long haul. It helps if you are divorced or single...separated guys have difficulty.

I figure as the weeks, months, and years roll by, someone desperate enough will come a'knocking for real.

I agree. I find that its good to get to know someone and once you meet them the feeling is much more greater and breath taking for sure.

Keep getting their attention and believe that something good will happen.
Sometimes there are men here saying they are looking for a relationship, but seem to be holding back, I guess the same can happen to women, it's a great risk to meet someone here, but it can happen and the feelings can be real, and mutual.

I have been admiring someone from a distance for a while now...I just hope my wish will come true.

I agree completely with what was said above. Lori and I have spent a good while talking on the phone for hours on end, night after night getting to know each other on many different levels before my recent visit. It all came together when I could finally hold and kiss her. Be patient, get to know her, and discuss things on many different levels. Time isn't so much the key as understanding and being on the same page.

If there is one there for you you will feel it. Like stated above, take your time if you feel like you are clicking you will know. I have spoke with many on this single sites, I go by my gut feeling some when I first talk to them I know immediatly that they are not someone I would like to have in my life, others I think they are nice, but the chemistry is not there. I would love to have them as a friend but that is it. Like the one I have met on this site, the chemistry was there right away, We talk on the phone constantly, for hours at a time, we start saying the samething at the sametime, we will be talking about something and both bring up words to the same song. We seem to both have the same expectations of the next relationship we go into and are looking for the samething. I feel by talking on the phone we have come to know eachother very well and we look forward to meeting in Aug. Dont give up, you will find eachother when the time is right! Good Luck!!!
