HealthyLiving: No, they are not required to be separate, but think...How many do you know who have a great networth, yet their heart is blackened with selfishness???
Are they determined to gain MORE and MORE????
Can they truely love????
It's the condition of a mans heart, where his wealth truely lies. MHO
You continue to believe that someone with wealth is bad! I disagree. I know a lot of poor people who are horrible people and do nothing for society. I know rich people who are less than good people.
We are all individuals and our heart and our money are independent.

NO!!!!!
Not at all!!!!!!!!
I am not saying that people with wealth are bad!!!!! Not at all!!!!
My next door neighbor is a multi-millionaire and he is a Wonderful person!!! But he has a great heart to go with it!!
I am simply responding to ooby's thread. As if our net-worth makes us who we are, tells us how valuable we are. It is not so!
I have been rich and I have been poor. I find my value, not in my riches, but in the quality of the LOVE I give to others. This is my plumbline, of how I determine the value of others.
To me, ALL are valuable, even the lowest of the lowly.
For what is a man's worth if his heart is evil????

Maybe you need to go back and re-read my opening statement. "This thread is not about how much you are loved or how much good you've done, it's about money pure & simple.
I can give you at least 2 facts. 1, Most people don't know what they're worth. 2, Most people are worth more than they think.
Here's a little list of things that you could use to list your NETWORTH"
My intent was to give everybody a METHOD of determining their "networth" which is a financial term used by banks, mortgage co's, Credit card co's or any company large and small whom you may wish to open a credit account with. Go sit down with a mortgage broker when you are looking to buy a house and produce an accurate and current document of your net worth and I guarantee you will be 3 times more likely to get that mortgage. It doesn't mean you are any more wealthy than somebody else in your neighborhood, it DOES mean you've done your homework and you obviously have a good handle on money management. This means the world to anybody you may be seeking credit from.
It's kinda funny but I had a strong feeling this thread would degrade to "It don't matter how much money you have, all that matters is if you have a big heart." In that sense I am not disappointed.
According to the airlines, the average American is worth about 250K. According to the Gvmt, the average Iraqi is worth about 25,000.... but then considering the value of the dollar, take away 30-40% and that should just about hit the mark.
Then again, when I was in Turkey, some lady offered my aunt a cow and two goats if she would hook me up with her son out in the country.... so it's all relative, eh.
