sweetowen: Wheat is my friend... Since I've switched from "bleached" (white) to whole wheat, the weight's been peeling off.
I've officially lost 18 lbs & now I have to go buy new pants because my old ones are too big.

And you should have worn a more tight fitting top...I know when I lost all that weight back then, I only wanted to wear body hugging tops...It was so nice to notice my waistline again!

sweetowen: I'm trying to lose about 15 lb. This is pretty tough for me because I've really never had to diet before... any added weight just came off eventually. But as I get older, it doesn't seem to want to budge.
Please share your ideas, recipes, secrets that I might be able to follow. Also, any exercises to take the weight off & firm up.
Forget diets, diets dont help to loose weight over a longer period, try instead a vegetarian or vegan diet, it's healthier,animal-friendly and you will loose weight.I lost 5 kg since i started with a vegan diet.
