Losty: Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to post over played worn out songs that are heard all the time instead of lost classic songs.

FriendlyFeline: Wouldn't life be boring if we all had the same taste in music or films. Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to stomp on someone elses opinion.
Well when I meant lost musical gems I meant songs that most people would not have heard of. How many people on here have heard Spanish Moon by Robert Palmer and how many have heard the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack before?.

Opinion or not, the thread is for rarely heard songs and not tunes that are oft heard. And like it or not, Simon and Garfunkel's songs are not long lost.

As for opinion, I can't help it if some peoples taste in music is as long as a wasps shlonglaugh

It's not about snobbery, it's about rarely heard tunes. Have you any to add to the list?
