you like that
you wonder how

you when they
said they loved you

you wonder how

trusted them with
your heart and
the love your heart holds

you wonder how
they could hurt
you when you
believe them when
they told you
they loved you

you wonder how
it could end
when they told
you they will
love you forever

you wonder how
you can go
on when your
heart is broken
laying in pieces
at your feet

don't cry over
someone who will not
cry over you
for no one
is worth your tears

but don't dry
your tears if
you want to cry
for that is
the only way
to mend your broken heart
it is the only way
to let out your
pain and hurt
that you are
feeling in your heart

for through your
tears is the
way to mend
your broken heart
through your tears
you can let
out your hurt and pain
through your tears
you can learn
to let go

tears can you
see that it is not a ending
but only a
new beginning
