Are you superstitious? I am not however I do believe what goes around comes around so I don't like to treat people badly in case it comes back to haunt me. I also believe in the power of positive thinking and being proactive in conditioning your own life. Do you have any rituals that are a must that you think influences your life for the better?

You know the ones when you ear is warm so someone is talking about you....

to always be true to myself and to be myself

I dont pretend to be something I am not .. that way I find out who likes me for me and not for who they THINK I am

that way I sort out the fakes from the pretenders

thumbs up

One of my sisters bought me Voodoo doll for christmas for the ex with some prewritten text on it, so as a bit of fun I started to stick it where i wanted thinking that nothing would come of it afterall it is just a stupid doll, but he has had a run of very bad luck. He contracted Ross River Fever, his baby was born 3 months prematurely, his relationship doesn't sound healthy and he was a party to a co-worker losing his hand in a workplace accident. There was nothing like that on the voodoo doll, nothing at all to indicate anything that bad would happen and I certainly would never wish any of that on anyone. I am a little paranoid though that I have somehow willed these things to happen.uh oh

I think there would be a bit more of a ritual involved to make it serious voodoo doll ralfy.. probably just coincidence,,, so I wouldnt stress about it too much

I would say it is just karma making him pay for bad stuff he has done in the past

I haven't heard of those before, although the handbag one sounds similar to leaving the toilet seat up, in Feng Shui it is equivalent to flushing money down the toilet. I have a few buddhas in my bedroom, I should start rubbing their tummies for luck. laugh I do have 6 of them though and you are supposed to have an odd number apparently. dunno

ohhhhhhhhh you just reminded me about something I had to research on the net

I was in a shop a bout a month ago and they had this massive buddha (about 2 metres tall) and they had a sign on it giving people some information about buddhas and it said .. buddha's should not be in bedrooms ... not sure why .. hence why I want to look into it dunno
