Dating site or Social Networking Site ? (47)
I dont see the difference between a dating site and a social networking site where most people are single and looking. I would much prefer to chat and socialise with people and get to know them then consider I am putting my profile up to be judged merely on whether or not I am good dating material. Most of us on here are more than what it says on the tin (or profile!)and chatting and going to the meets is a good way to find out more about each other. JMO
kev147: good advice Flick but like you i was on the verge of quitting last night and id say i will later today or tomorrow,
its not over not meeting anyone really just not what i thought it would be and the meets wouldnt be my cup of tea either to be honest im pretty shy and wouldnt be into big events with lots of people i dont know,
i am talking to a lovely girl from here so who knows it might have worked time will tell !

Kev the majority of CS users never use the forums so why not mail those people and they also never go to meets. The forums are optional and also there is probably a lot of dating going on CS but you will never notice it as people will not post on the forums about it which is proper orderits not over not meeting anyone really just not what i thought it would be and the meets wouldnt be my cup of tea either to be honest im pretty shy and wouldnt be into big events with lots of people i dont know,

But by reading I learn a lot, not only about different things, but also about the people that post here.
It's a way of getting insight, but dating happens strictly behind closed curtains.

yep agree completely i can't remember seeing anyone bragging about their dates (though sometimes you do hear about lack of dates)
loadsa ppl dont even know what a cs meet is or that theres forums to chat on so your one of the lucky few who have unlocked the secrets of the site

a but kev that question has been up and down the last while particularly cause everyone is friends on the forums takes a while to get used too

Point taken but I was trying to say start emailing some lovely ladies. There are loads on here that are not active in the forums. If you don't mail you will never know. Its better to have tried than not tried at all.
