because alcohol lowers barriers - when sad alcohol makes you sadder, when 'happy' it makes you more relaxed and when angry it brings out the beast in a person!

I don't get aggressive when I'm drunk. I get silly. I do know those who get drunk and are agressive, is cause they are unhappy when sober.
