I’ve got to take off some weight and want to do it healthy but as fast as I can!! I want to see results soon without getting too weird (a month of cabbage not the plan), a detox that isn’t too intense is my first choice.

I’ve done enough diets with prepared foods, I’m done with that, and the Acai Berry diet is supposed to be a detox full of antioxidants, did anyone have any luck with that? Or is it just expensive fruit juice? Does it work or is it another big scam I want to know before I order it.

There’s another cleanse product I’ve been hearing a lot about, called Nulean, anyone know about that?.. please share if you know about it.

most of these things are expensive con tricks pushed out by a multi billion dollar industry. the best way to lose weight is too eat less and exercise more.

i could do with losing weight. i like cheesecake and lying on the couch. a lot. in fact, they're my fave hobbies. the only real problem with losing weight is actually getting up the willpower to go and exercise and avoiding cake.

I have tried it and it is just a bunch of b/s. The most effective way of loosing weight is to eat healthy, eat controlled portions and exercise regularly.

Best way is to get off the couch and stop throwing it down your throat...... Excercise more and eat less thats bad for you.

The marketeirs make millions from thos of us that can't do that, but then its's your choice.

Sorry to be so blunt and I wish you well in your endeavour !grin

I have a friend who said it didn't help her lose weight but it improved her vision. She has always had to wear glasses to drive but the last time she went for her drivers test, she passed the vision part without her glasses.

Be careful, you may give those guys a new claim for their product gimmick. laugh

To the Op, these guys have good advice. Watch what you eat and exercise. personally, I like the eliptical/cardio machines.

There was a girl at work that try both of the products, that you ask about. She didn't lose any weight, and the next thing I put on this is kinda gross, but everything she ate went right though her, if she ate a hambuger with in mins she was on the potty, besides that she had a lot of leaks, after two months she lose 2 pounds. I have lost 125 pounds, I have 25 more to go before I reach my goal. I have did this by watching what I eat and doing a lot of walking, it has took me a little over a year, but at least I know that I'm doing it the right way this time. Please be careful on your diet, if you loose it to fast it will just come back very quick. Good Luck.

Sounds like you did it the smart way. Congratulations!!!! It could not have been a simple lifestyle change but a lot of determination. Really, congrats on that.

I'll disagree with you. The best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise at least moderately. Eliminate friend and fatty foods, refined sugars and starches, and processed foods. Eat whole grains, lean meats, and lots of raw fruits and veggies. Make low-fat choices instead of high-fat ones, and the weight will drop off. It's working for Sweet Owen, she's losing weight rapidly.

As to the Acai berry, I don't recommend buying a special cleanse product, but it is a superfood, and the extract can be bought inexpensively at discount stores. I will say that yes, it does help. My best friend is still on her medication for her cancer that's supposed to make her gain weight, but taking CLA and Acai berry extract is causing her to lose 7 pounds a month instead, not to mention that with that and the dietary changes she's made, she's also got more energy than before the treatments even, and that's with medication that makes most lethargic.

Eat right, exercise moderately, and take CLA and Acai berry extract, and the weight will come off. Ideally you should only lose 2-3 pounds a month to be healthy, but it can start more dramatically than that by making these changes.

Good luck. (I'm studying to be a Doctor of Naturopathy, and this is part of my studies, so I do know what I'm talking about.)
