Read both the book and watched the mini-series, must say I enjoyed the book better.

I have read this book, but have not seen the miniseries/movie.

I have enjoyed a couple of her books.

Check out Mary Stewart's, Crystal Cave, Hollow Hills, The Last Enchantment,& The Wicket Days if you like Arthurian legend.

I started reading it,just before law school...quit that too!!..never have been able to find it since laugh would love to have seen short version on tv!!laugh

The TV mini-series is now on DVD & VHS. Check your local library & video rental store for a copy & also online for purchase...youtube has the complete mini-series.

the short version on tv was three nights long!

I checked it out from the library. You should finish it. It's very good.

Yes, I read and really enjoyed those books some years ago. A couple of other areas of British legend/history which also took my interest are, firstly, the Welsh tale of The Mabinogian which loosely ties in with the Arthurian legends and the story of Hereward The Wake which is from a later period but an enthralling read........



wrote novels loosely based on the Mabinogian
