Probably have to consult some of the Malware Fighters like the ones on

Need to register, but it is free, and it might take a while until all is cleared out.Not one program these days is able to clear out those infections of today, and the people on that Site are definitely Specialist at what they do.
Mr. Charlie there is one of the best!

First one has become a Lightweight in today s Virus-fighting,second one is only to prevent Infections, but unable to remove them once they're on your Machine.
Good to have it for prevention, once your machine is clean.wave

Download combofix from

Download Malwarebytes Antimalware from . Install and update but DO NOT RUN YET.

Restart your computer in safe mode and run combofix. When it is done run Malwarebytes.

Hopefully you are clean now.

If so install a good firewall (Zone Alarm or Kerio), install Spybot Search and Destroy (Set up to block malware but not to run "Tea Timer").

If you are running Internet Explorer, DON'T. Install and use Firefox. It is much safer.

if u can't delete it in normal then try to remove it completely by logging into safe mode, just try ok,cos many programs wont run in safe mode.I guess this might work.

To remove Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC, you must first stop any Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC processes that are running in your computer's memory. To stop all Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.

To delete Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC registry keys, open the Windows Registry Editor by clicking on the Windows "Start" button and selecting "Run." Type "regedit" into the box and click "OK." Once the Registry Editor is open, search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC." Right-click this registry key and select "Delete."

Finally, to completely get rid of Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC, you must manually remove other Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC files. These Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC files can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC might create a file like
%PROGRAM_FILES%\Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC\Globalroot/systemroot/system32/UAC.exe. Locate and remove these files.
