I thought this might raise some contention. Please feel free to argue ! I'm pretty sure it was the chicken.

Actually chickens have been known to lay fertilised eggs in the absense of roosters. Some reptiles do it often as do some insects.

"ancestoral chicken" is a metaphore for the cenancestor which was actually not very chicken like at all.

yeah, it came from an egg but before that there were fish, from which chickens are evolved, which also layed eggs but back before that there were things which were considerably less fish like, from which fish are evolved that layed the first eggs.

I presume god must have put a bloody egg in some straw and the chicken hatched, but then you would need a hen to sit on it, and than to make more you would need a rooster, fark if I knowfrustrated

Wouldn't it have been easier for god to just make one of them pre-fertilised chickens?
