Better yet....how about when you go through all this and then get someone from India that you cannot understand. Now, people that are reading this, please don't get me wrong....I have nothing against India. But, when I need to fix my computer and you can't understand my southern dialect and I can't understand yours....it makes things very hard for the both of us. I especially feel sorry for you trying to understand me. I probably sound like I'm from Texas.

people driving with stuff in the back of their trucks not secured, my cars have been damaged with stuff flying out like this. or idiots with a bucket of nails on their tailgate driving around like its going to stay there. ive had many flats from this.

How about repair and serive guys who tell you they are going to be at your house between noon and 5pm and at 5:15PM they call you and tell you they are running late and probably won't make it.

When I tried to explain that to customer service, she told me they would leave me a note and I could schedule another appointment. I tried to explain to her that that is what I was trying to avoid. I bugged them people to death until someone came.
