bettyboop63: if it helps go 4 it ...
Rock-a-bye baby, in the treetop When the wind blows, the cradle will rock When the bough breaks, the cradle will fall And down will come baby, cradle and all Baby is drowsing, cozy and fair Mother sits near, in her rocking chair Forward and back, the cradle she swings And though baby sleeps, he hears what she sings
From the high rooftops, down to the sea No one's as dear, as baby to me Wee little fingers, eyes wide and bright Now sound asleep, until morning light.

It sounds stupid, but move as slow as you posible can in all that you do....turning a page...etc.....focus on that as you do. When you get relaxed....lay on your back.....reach out with the feelings outward as far as you can and relax....sinking into the bed farther each time.....do this over and over...focus on slowness..........then begin to see a beautyful country scene in your mind......make your own.....watch the trees and the water as it flows and breaths.......soon you will sleep.
