It's a chain letter put out by the Republican Party... I got that in my e-mail over a week ago already! Big deal, NOT.
What do you expect from the party of the sore-loser and hypocrit?
I too resent that it's signed "Every Real American"... that's the biggest lie yet! Evidentally the author thinks that only Republican's are "Real American's" I guess, and that's why they aren't in the majority in Congress and don't have their man in the White House! Republican's lost big time in 2008 because of themselves.
The way the Republican's are conducting themselves, they won't have a chance when the 2012 elections arrive I swear. I've never voted Democrat in the past, but I sure WILL never vote Republican now or in the future! This sorta crap isn't the way to win votes.

hollandgirl: As a Canadian although "imported" I have been told to not stick my nose in American politics. What is not understood by some Americans that it is my bussiness and everyone else in the world. What is happening in America, affects us all.
This is so true Jenny. You are very brave to share this letter here in "Obamaland".
I commend you for doing so!!!
Yes, there are many of us in agreement with what is said in this letter!
He has inherited one hell of a lot of financial crap, there are things that can't be fixed overnight just by appointing a new leader. Perhaps many Americans are unfamiliar with the word diplomacy, well get used to it, times change ! Negotiating peace around the world with this tool is far better than with a Colt 45 Peacemaker.

Obama has done the things described in this letter.
It is not a matter of Party!!! I get so tired of people blaming party affilliation!!!
It is clear that what he does, is UNAMERICAN!!! What part of that don't you understand????
If you don't "get it", then you are not a real american. Real Americans DO support what is said here!!!
Take your Political Party Propaganda somewhere else!

TartanK: The guy's a politician and one of the most important men in the world. Sometimes that involves being diplomatic and doing things that maybe he, or his people, are not entirely comfortable with. Rattling sabres, invading countries and hectoring people doesn't always work.
World leaders are often nice to complete nutters as they want them to calm down a bit. He's a bit like a doorman at a psychpaths' night club saying "Calm down, gentlemen!" rather than reaching for the knuckledusters.
Yes it is much more clever to establish good diplomatic relations with other countries in the world than to wage wars the whole time like this cowboy called Bush did

I believe Obama is restoring diplomacy for the United States...US diplomatic relations around the world were suffering throughout Bush's term. Their administration really had little interest in diplomacy its concept.
And it is important how the US looks to the entire world. And to give the imagine that US cares and respects other nations, is something that I feel is very important and good.
Americans use to be respected worldwide for a long time, but that image was almost completely erased from almost the entire world during the Bush Administration. And our way of being diplomatic to Europe and other parts of the world was embarrassing. So, I am happy to see Obama out their gaining the respect of the world back for America!

But it's a Snow Job!!!
Half black/Half white man speaks with forked tongue!
He speaks "Peace" yet calls for more troops to Afghanistan!
It's smoke and mirrors. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

MrAngel: Are you serious??
Never been more serious MrAngel. Bill is Dutch and so is my new friend and so am I. So what is soo farfetched having met Bill? It so happened that my friend socialized with many so called upper circles.
Interesting that a recent poll reported on ABC National News the other day showed that President Obama has a 59% approval rating overall (+ or - 2%)...
His Health Care approval rating was 49%... not great really, but considering how much propaganda has been injected into the health care debate by people and companies who stand to have their profits decreased, this is hardly a suprise to me. If you're going to cut health care costs, somebody's going to see their profit margins drop at least a little and they're going to fight it tooth and nail as a result. Profit's are more valuable than lives, obviously.
This letter posted by the OP though is terribly offensive to most American's I'd hazard to guess, given that President Obama has that 59% overall approval rating!
Overall, though I didn't vote for President Obama, I do approve of his job in office for the past 9 months so far... he's not perfect, but so far he hasn't granted amnesty to 10+ million illegal aliens in our country and he hasn't started any new wars in foreign countries and my taxes haven't gone up any so... I can't find any actual serious fault with his performance. Could do worse.

Call it DECEPTION!
Well, we are already in Afghanistan. Just, because Obama wants peace it doesn't mean that he can just abandon Afghanistan. The United States entered Afghanistan establish a new government there and is fighting the Taliban. If the government pulls all the troops, the Afghan government would collapse, they Taliban would regain control and continue to move into Pakistan. Creating a whole big security issue. Also, it would really damage the US image. Basically to the world, we would have gone there caused a lot of damage and death, and nothing would have changed....actually it would change, it would be more hostile there. The top Commanders in Afghanistan are asking for more troops, because they understand that with the troop level now, they are not going to be making the progress they need/want.

I understand that, but when I saw you here, that's what came to my mind. So you see,it's a curious coincidence.

duckrew: You hit the problem right on the head, the people that aren't very intelligent making the wrong conclusion. So far all he has done is waste a lot of money and put the US down. People that voted for him have told me they wish they hadn't.
