Hello, everyone,
CIA wants to Monitor Internet chatter for anti-government sentiment.
In terms of where we are today in relation to our political freedoms here in these United States I guess alot depends on where we are headed tomorrow.
Are we heading for a totalitarian society ruled by a government with a iron surveillance fist?
A government that monitors our outputs on the internet, blogs post, conversations taking place on online forums and also whats being said on these sites based on a series of key words, keeping track of Twitter Updates even checking out our book reviews on Amazon. Closely monitoring social network websites whether it be gossip or blabber. The U.S. government and the military have been overloading the internet with pro-war propaganda and for those who are against the war on terror and the attack critics they are admitted into this Cyberwarfare agenda and Israel has done the same.
There is a rising popular opposition to their agenda.

rob4u777: Hello. SoldierByte. Thanks for the input..... You are absolutely right, watch what you say and how you say it..to keep them from your door.
Also let me add,...Britian is spending Two-Hundred Million dollars a year on surveilance that will give officials access to details of every internet click made by every citizen on top of email and telephone records already available.
SoldierByte: ALL digital communiques have/are being monitored for over 13 years.. ---SoldierByte---
Your so right SoldierByte, and it has been a whole lot longer then 13 years. Digital communication just makes it easier for them, as key words, phrases, can be immediatelly brought to light. What I find kinda funny about this, are the liberal left citizens who make such a big deal about it, and their right to privacy. Myself, I could care less of anyone monitering me, as I don't plan on doing anything which might cause another person harm. Maybe that might have something to do with the left, and why they feel transmissions sent through the air, has a right to privacy. Like we can't figure out their propaganda war, without even needing to hear the details.

All the more reason - rather than accepting this kind of nonsense - to fight the current evolution of Big Brother. I don't even like the show that much.
Hey there rob, do ya think we'd get black listed by refering to them as monitor lizards? While the despots, now in charge, might think they are totalitarian in control, they forget it is only backed up with theoretic legislation on paper. Law that can only be enforced if agreed to, and accepted by the majority. Its been tried by many nations throughout history, and why they are history.

I think this government has reached the point of a decision-making solution that all citizens are subject to scrutiny whether we are a criminal or non-criminal, good citizen or bad citizen...files are being kept classified on all citizens of these United States...as for you question I believe we are a totalitarian controlled society...and if, that's not true...than we headed towards it in the near future. coming very close to it.

I don't think it will get there, and why the foundation of this Republic, has been crucial in controlling the form of democracy its citizens enjoy. The current administration, and congress, not having been elected by an informed majority, but the majority of proportioned citizens created of their need, and organizations attached to government fulfilling those needs, will crumble in the next election cycle. Read the following, and if interested, click the link and read it in its entirety.
"If a faction consists of less than a majority, relief is supplied by the republican principle, which enables the majority to defeat its sinister views by regular vote. It may clog the administration, it may convulse the society; but it will be unable to execute and mask its violence under the forms of the Constitution."http://www.thisnation.com/library/books/federalist/10.html

Also if, you want to.... I suggest further reading on the Art students in WTC connected to Israeli intelligence Service at: At Alxe Jones Prison Planet.com...like I said,...perhaps, we are living in these time of Big Brother closer than you think.

Thanks, Abram I do intend go to thisnation.com for further reading and to see what's being said there.

A very interesting read there rob, and very interesting connections with art students from a country where student visas would be processed with less scrutiny, then many other mid-eastern nations. Does appear that officials are now on top of it, or at least I hope.
