A nice bear rug in front of fireplace or near wood burning stove, but not too close. Add some cheese, crackers, grapes, bottle of iced apple cider, or mugs of hot cocoa with marshmallows so you can lick the remains of his/her lips.

Treatment, and also for preventive measures: bag balm! It works wonders!
I might also suggest buckskin leggings w/breechclout for him; amazingly non-restrictive.
A braintanned elk hide tossed on the floor will add comfort and padding for her, whether on carpet, hardwood floors or concrete. (It's also great for walks in the woods and rolls in the hay.)------ This thread is Archived ------

No miracle here hun, It's been 3 gruelling weeks and a few physical therapies yet to come.
The second part to that puzzle was just saying my knee is doing fine with most things I have the need to get done and at this time, there is no man involved, unfortunately.
