I have a lot of self confidence. Some would say too much
I don't know what makes me believe in myself to be honest. I would like to say the enviornment i grew up in but in saying that i don't want people who don't have as much confidence to think i am slagging off their upbringing.

That's just it, I Find myself very dependent on my family for validation, and others for self assurance.

Yes i have self belief, I think it comes from trusting my own judgement on what I feel is right or wrong,, in my work over the years I had sole responsibility for jobs and the decisions were all down to me so that gives you confidence in your own ability also I have done a fair bit of travelling alone , so hopping on a plane , train whatever it took to get there and getting around language barriers and finding your own way by relying on yourself alone ,, I have always kept myself fit and healthy , exercise and plenty of fresh air are good for the physical and mental well being of a person,, but saying that it is also good to know your own limitations, trust your instincts but seek advice from friends and colleagues, listen to older people because they been there and done it before you come to a decision,,

well hess im glad you don't have balls but seriously im not sure it's down to how ballsy we are in life but we should grab oppurtunity when it comes knocking something i havent done myself but i don't doubt myself for not taking it. To be honest, I think that definitely where I'm from there seems to be a negative, begrudging type of mentality. I understand where you're coming from man.

where do I start
I believe that I am a good person and well mannored and will always try and do right by someone.. I have a huge heart and sometimes that can be my down fall...
I do however beleive in myself as a good mum and a good friend..
I believe that if I put my mind to something I can achieve it no matter how far fetched it may seem at the time and for that I have my family to thank for!!!!
