The written Language is usually Swiss-High-german,while the everyday spoken Language is Swiss German Dialect!

There is no swiss written language .... except the teenagers sms language that only they understand.grin You gotta be born here and learn swissgerman from your mama and family .... its a beautiful strange language .... abreviated and altered from High German .... so the Germans cant understand what they`re saying! hahahaaaaaa

Or else very gifted in learning languages then you will pick it up! But if you want to read a book or newspaper then you learn High German.

Swiss German is the Swiss Code!grin
