Im just in from work and Im so cold I could 
its -8 now and dropping...I think Ive got frostbite in my wee tootsies....

is it just me or is it mental in Dublin. icy roads and paths, and cars and people slippin all over the place, and i havent seen grit anywhere?

well put it this way i work in the city centre and have a 35 min walk home super busy area cars and people walkin home everywhere (no buses today, too..) and the joint is like an ice rink

i say because its so cold when they lay down the grit in like 2 or 3 hours time its back to the way it was before they but it on the roads... and also they will only grit the main roads so any secondary roads will be lethal..

have to agree the roads are a disgrace in some places...and was talking to someone today and our nearset A&E is suppose to be closed not open till 9th feel for people who have broken legs etc the back log that will be their
I went out the woods with the dog to play in the snow, and on my way back there was a blizzard...I couldnt see the BLACK dog on the end of the lead.
what if brian lenihan trys to tax the snowfall????
