The company isn't a very large one. It's a small business with two owners, a production manager, a maintenance man and now myself. They have been using temps since I left and now will letting the present temp go for me to come back.

Thanks for explaining ... sounds like they are happy to have you back and to be more stable again. It takes time and energy to have to keep retraining people.
