Sounds like there must be a reason that your parents have for wanting this done. You didn't give much background to it. If it is hurtful to you to have the photo's around,trash them. If you want to keep them as memories of good times,keep them. Really your decision to make. Hope you come to the right choice for you.

I throw all of them out,, I kept the first one for years and got rid of it, Rings I threw out as well...
