What would you usually do if you talking to someone here and have all the talk and understanding, but you simply feel that there is no passion in that talk, that something is missing? Would you tell the other so that it won’t get hurt or what you usually do/say?

It should be Days, Weeks, Months, but yes it is. Move on and talk to other people, but keep the relationship open until you find what you are looking for. You don't have to say anything, if there is no interest, eventually you won't talk to each other anyway. If you really liked the person though you could tell them, but I don't think that would help. I don't think you can do anything if they don't have passion for you, if its vice versa don't be a jerk and lead them on... Say you won a million dollars, that might make them have some passion for you...
