kerrygold on both sides of soda bread, fried on a roasting hot pan and then smothered in brie and enjoyed with a cold slice of smoked ham on top,, delicious but should be limited to once or twice a year

Yes you guessed it... I just ate fresh tiger loaf smothered in RHUBARB AND GINGER JAM!!!!

God I haven't had bovril on bread in years. Yumm.
