Try drink this, it is old wives tale, and very good..
1 spoon brown sugar
2 spoons of honey
Squeese of lemon
Drink it hot as you can bare, it will warm, sooth and break up the stuffiness and also give you sugar supply for energy.

have you tried vitamin c tabs....sometimes helps...
i'm only back at work after being out with a sore back and now today i wake with an earache....and i work for a doctor!

The old husband's version is better, all the above plus a type of alcoholic beverage distilled from fermented grain mash,
(Whisky/Whiskey, so good they named it twice)
