That´s easy. Their profile is hidden after making a post. I hide my profile regularly so my posts will often be as you describe.
The reasons for doing so are numerous, for me it´s because I don´t want to deal with messages and flowers because I´m not looking for a match. The friends I´ve made can contact me outside CS, so I usually hide my profile on a regular basis.
