I haven't been all over the world to know.LOL
I can only tell what I know when I used to reside in Michigan.
There were times when the police wouldn't show up at all.
I feel our court systems are pretty much for the crimminals.Rarely if ever is there justice for the victims.

No they don't . MY farm house was broken into and vandalyzed 3 times in the last 2 months.
Police here just made a joke of it"We aren't CSI you been looking at too much tv."
When we got married my husband was a criminal investigator. I know what can be done and they are a joke. Im starting tomorrow to bag up ,throw away , and burn. Makes me sick
