My personal trainer said he wanted me to do some skipping today. I thought pffft..skipping is that all you got, I skipped for hours as a kid! Yeah..not the same when your 39!!My body hit the ground like a bag of bricks! One minute in and I was pooped..who woulda thought!!!

Been doing it for years, cant beat good old rock n roll.

No complaints. I keep in shape for good reasons
