Nope, why should it be so, I'd still contact a person, out of curiosity, certain point's of view, does not mean, that person is bad - - - thing's posted on forums, can be easily taken out of context, after getting to know that person more personally, then I'd from my opinion of that person . . . .
its such a wide world of forums in many aspects, centre in on the questions asked.. laugh at life, take it, walk run stride, and at only your pace, you may look over and see someone that's in your pace, beautiful!, do what you will, make sure you always feel good about yourself..most important.

To truely know a person or their attitude you would have to spend much time in person with them and finding out about them and what make them tick....
