Well I assumed the Op was talking about dating and nothing else. To me how one dresses in a profile picture doesn't mean anything either; its who the person is. As the old saying goes; clothes don't make the man.
I thank you for your kinds words but really its just not worth the effort anymore. I will be glad just meeting casual friends and keep my heart guarded. I can plenty of things in my life without anyone by my side and certainly won't die from being alone. Cheers.
Man that sucks; I am so sorry to hear that. I have had lots of marrried guys contact me too but I filter them out pretty quick with some quick investigation. I think it bothers me more that someone in uniform could be such a cad. I hope you have better luck in finding someone that is for real and not another game player.
From what I am seeing on this site; I would dare to say desperation for some people. Not all of us are looking for a partner so can't answer the second part of your statement.
Yes that is agreeing. People's idea of compromise here are doing things that you absolutely hate to make your partner happy. An example was the subject of lingerie or dressing in a mini skirt to make a man happy. I don't like either one as it makes me feel demeaned and self conciouse but apparantly I am being selfish and thinking of my own needs.
So, I open up my heart only for more men to hurt me. Seems kind of silly to willingly set yourself up to get hurt. As for deserving love; maybe I did something in life that destiny has decided that I don't deserve love. If this is my fate; how can I fight it?
Well said especially the part about that there is not someone for everyone. I came to that conclusion a while back and now just live my life to the best way I can. One tires of the games that people play and really there is so much more to life than finding a partner.
