Thanks for the advice. I do weight training 4 days a week and with free weights. What do you mean by juicing? I do have some muscles but not much and would like to be more ripped. I actually do eat quite healthy; lots of fruit and veggies. Rarely touch things like rice or pasta and eat very little meat. I also cook healthier; don't fry, eat anything breaded; or any fast foods.
Yeah, I just changed my exercise routine. I don't take any sugar other than natural. Never thought of cutting coffee out; that just may kill me but will give it a try. Thanks for the advice.
I am desperately trying to lose a few pounds and a friend of mine suggested going on a 1200 calorie diet. Has anyone tried it and how successful is it. Opinions please.
A person can't work for less money as they simply will not survive. Our minimim wage here in Calgary won't even help you pay for a one bedroom suite in a basement so UI would actually pay you more.
There were those that weren't looking hard for jobs and took advantage of Unemployment Insurance at one time as a friend of mine played that game for years; however it backfired as they cut him off. Amazing how fast he found a job after that. That is not the case for everyone as myself I only collected one payment for UI as I put out over 400 resumes out until I found a job. It wasn't the best or highest paying but beats being unemployed.
