Yes, they do. It's ridiculous to me. Some people need to learn to agree to disagree and go on, "especially" if some of the trolls will never be banned.

Everybody has the right to have an opinion, and the right to defend that opinion and question others opinions when they put that opinion on a forum thread. That is what freedom of speech is all about. Nobody has the right to tell anybody to 'agree to disagree' if you don't like where the thread is going or feel that the thread is repeating itself then DON'T OPEN THE THREAD it's that simple. If you don't want to have your opinions questioned then DON'T PUT YOUR OPINIONS on an open forum, keep them to yourself. And no, I never went to charm school and if you don't like blunt then that is YOUR problem not mine.

And who, is the arbiter of that difference? the moderators. If they feel somebody has overstepped the boundaries they will do something about, otherwise I suggest you re-read Forum rule 1 and if you don't agree with it take it up with the moderators.
