JohnnyT: Balanced diet all too true for maintaining a healthy weight, yes. Losing weight is a different story. Some people do not have the hard working ethic that say, our girl here has, to work that hard and achieve meaningful results.

Just wondering If they really work..
Id more be up 4 joining a gym again..
I eat healty most of the time.
Just dont get much exercise..
only time i get exercise is when im out dancing and drinking

other than that my body is ok..
Its has its fat days and slim days ..
I need a gym buddy..
need to torture some of my friends..
but most of them very skinny..

Ginseng is not a diet supplement, that's just one study carried out long after ginseng was available as a supplement - the supplement form of Ginseng was originally intended to boost energy levels.
I'm not saying dietary supplements are the way forward. Or the best way. Even though I work for a Nutraceutical company and we're involved in this market, I can't use dietary supplements myself - I forget to take them at the right times! I don't eat a balanced diet at all. I run and do weights to keep in shape. I also try and balance out my diet by getting plenty of protein - main enzyme our body uses in metabolising fatty acids.

You can say that again! I ate two gingers last night and I was hungry half an hour later. Only brunettes really fill you up.... with some fava beans and a nice chianti!

i got myself weighed today at the gym,,
ive lost a staggering 4stone since july... still a long way to go but diet pills aint the way...

Good for you J its a hard slog and not an easy trek but it will be worth it in the long run
