many people lead active busy lives now, there just is not the time for some to be meeting people whilst out, others are not in to the whole pub scene thing anyways, so was never an option for them. as for the socially awkward, t'is just as easy to be awkward an clumsy online id o thought?
i believe marriage to be an out of date concept, and if im no mistaken, if ye live with someone long enough in monogamous relationship the state would treat ye as married anyhow. im nay sure about regarding assets if/ when ye split?
common law marriage what im thinkin of, that apply here? i get the gist of it or no?
beer could always be sold on. having read the article before though i know its not enough beer, plus will lose value being secondhand. more beer and i would. doubt my local newsagent would be impressed with me offering him a a 12 pack? for a pack o cigs tho. or a tinnie for a newspaper.
neither being a regular drinker, nor a purchaser of pre rolled cigs, not sure on equivalency.
am on facebook a lot. use it to find movies to watch, music to listen to, also got addicted to a little flash game hosted on it as not been going out last few months.
If/ when social life improves, FB use will definitely be curtailed. have family and very few friends on it.

just me perhaps, but, im a voracious reader, tis another o me passions, if my partner didn't read as well i'd be ok with that, but, they have to be able to read... i know women who can't...
a woman who can be herself around me, and dont mind me being more than a lil weird at times, a friend an a lover, some1 i can share all that i have/ am with...
although to be honest, its probably best for me to not post my crazies on here. i'd tell any1 in person my childhood escapades. they aint so light as the ones on pages before though.
im not so photogenic myself, hence no photo still, i was gonna do one other day... borrowed a webcam an everythin... didn't yet though... an they took it back...
and as was said earlier in the thread as well, im not so sure id want friends to know i was "on a dating site"...
