most, but not all of the newer cells have block on the phone it self. no cost to you. if yours dont have it, look into up grading your cell...it's worth it. or deal with the unwanted calls.

i used to have a phone with a block option-both messages-i never recieved them.and calls,hed get the out of order tone.was brilliant!
