But like my mother, I am trying to be a good parent after they are already grown. I moved back and forth between parents so that has to be taken in consideration, too. I was closer to my step dad at times more than my biological father but both were good for me. Although, my step dad never abused me. But maybe, I was just too rebellious a kid. Don't know.
