So i cooked some chili for about 5 hours and went to the ABC and got a bottle of Cruzan Rum and Pineapple juice and I am sitting on the balcony enjoying the rain... Life is what you make of it....

You got that right Den. Chili sounds good, beans or beanless? Rain held off here in Daytona pretty much, so it wasn't too bad. Still freakin rainin here lol.. beanless btw lol.. not sure what this week holds, my work is weird, I'll have nothing to do one minute and then I'm up until 4 am working on a project.. I guess I can't complain, it does give me a lot of free time.. Just when it's busy it's always a tight deadline.. Oh well, we all have our crosses to bear lol.. Hope you have a good week man.. We need to plan a small Florida East Coast get together, your area would be a perfect fit.. maybe when I get back from virginia in a few weeks we can plan somethin.. I think it would be a blast..

That is a great idea, I will come with some female friends. Make sure that you find a nice Hotel near the get together place or the place is at the Hotel...East Coast,,here we come.

FINALLY lol... yeah it was just a thought provoked by rum and rainy weather, but I think it would be fun.. Try to get some ideas and put something together when I get back from Va Beach in a few weeks.. maybe one day we can do one in Naples too.. great city... I spent many a memorable night at the Lemon Tree Inn..lolJeraxle: Don't count Daytona Beach out. That would be a great place especially on race week. Lots of things happening that weekend.

Yeah race week is always fun there, but the hotels double or in some cases triple their prices, cuz they can lol...But yeah, I was definitely thinking Daytona but maybe around August.. this is great, finally something exciting here in the forum lol.. Well, we will need more ideas and thoughts. If only 4 of us get together, it will be a small party. I think at least 6-8 people for the charter might be good unless we can charter one bigger. May cost more. After fishing, go back to the hotel, clean up, maybe rest up a little, then hit the dance floors in the evening.
I'll check into the charter and call a few local hotels. Will need to have an approximate of how many ppl are interested. But, I'd like to have something in concrete within the next few months. Don't want to make late reservations. Cost to much that way. Reserve early, make best deal, reserve late, you are at their mercy.

That is sooooo true.. I was thinking maybe just one night having a party in one of the conference rooms, the rest of the time the parties can float room to room to pool to jacuzzi lol... We really haven't gotten that much rain. And Mr Sunshine pokes thru quite a bit. Of course the weekend I feel like crap it would be nice
You should of drove south for about thirty minutes. Count me in on the get together.
