All those rats without my knowledge that extended my service contract whiles on active service.
I shall remember them
All those rats that rewrote my service records.
I shall remember them.
All those rats that stitched me up while on active service with a dirt file.
I shall remember them.
All those rats that lied to the courts.
I shall remember them.
All Ombudsman who failed to act honestly in those matter.
I shall remember them.
The Minister who had a bullet fired through my window.
I shall remember them.
All those that hijack every soldier’s active service in the name of a non existent god.
I shall remember them.
All those politicians that give aid and comfort o our enemies.
I shall remember them.
All the lies on sitting on the family court benches.
I shall remember them.
The federal police who attempted to stitch me up on a library computer.
I shall remember them.
All the criminal politicians who make wars we all shall remember them.

Rob you are not going to believe this. bloody Jim anderton is now going to run for Mayor of Christchurch.

If he wins he is going to be Mayor & MP at same time. Paper says it is understood that he will put one income to charity. just with him I expect a whole lot of excuses as too why he can't. about to campaign against him on FB & twitter.

Re: Lawful discharge
Sgt R F Plumtree

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your correspondence dated 28th April 2004.

I feel unable to accept NZ Army has processed a lawful discharge, for the following reason.
I continue to allege NZ Army personnel forged/rewrote my army service records from January 1966 on, doing so without my knowledge in or about October 1967, I allege army HQ NZ V Force staff unbeknown to me, forged my signatures and extended my army service contract for more than one year.
Until I received part of my army service records in or about 1991, I had no knowledge what had actually occurred, and since receiving some of the documents (certainly to this date not all) I have continually pursued these matters. You might be aware army had wrongly kept from me my vaccination certificates and pay books, and their remains documents missing.
That witnesses allege an army senior legal Officer did produce a clear forgery of my signature at a meeting arranged at hearing before the Tribunal, and held in the Rotorua RSA, and that I continue to allege the same senior legal Officer has made false and or misleading statements under oath before the Human Rights Review Tribunal.

well Jerry is a good man there Rob, so it will the information he is receiving. he was an OC when I was in Singapore 1RNZIR, having being a section commander there before he passed selection for the SAS.

as I said in email though, there are much bigger issues coming to peoples attention now. we both know that the goverments are covering up heaps regards to military & what we have done or things not recorded.

large parts of my medical records are missing & as I said whole deployments on exercise have not being recorded because we were there for another reason (boys would of gone alright as it was what we trained for but they could of told us why we were really there).

thanks to the internet more & more so called myths are being exposed as truths.

I can't agree, i don't want the karma of being legally bound to the NZ army, i demand discharge and more than happy to die trying to obtain it. A past director of a Buddhist Temple a long time ago i choose to embrace Mahayana teachings. Certainly I appreciate the nature of your concerns, and thank you for caring in that. I understand that you mean well Martia, thank you for expressing your concern.

My thoughts and motivations arise from believing in reincarnation, and also in the pursuit of lasting happiness, and so certainly i would rather die frighting for what i believe i must fight for my legal entitlements. From my side I have done so on the peaceful platform the law allows and the High Court Judge upheld my right to a lawful discharge in 2002. Which includes that I'm owed 40 years pay and allowances, it means to this day i am still a serving soldier in the NZ army, whether i like it or not. That army and everybody else involved act to deprive me of my rights is outrageous, i've been battling them since 1988, and all they have ever done in all that time is tell more lies.
I believe its in the interests of our community that governments should also respect the rule of law, just like the rest of us...they stitched me up with a dirt file in Vietnam and gave the same back when i got back, and shouldn't have. In 1989 HH Dalai Lama handed a flame to a Bishop in Adelaide for me to explain interdependent arising of so called criminal activity. I've recorded what he meant in both Australian Federal Family, our High Court and the Human Rights Review Tribunal and High Court in NZ.
And think now they should do the right thing, i've been more than 35 homeless am still serving soldier and feel the need to stand up to them.
Again thank you for expressing your heart felt concerns, thats ok Martia

I should like to add, trying to find a life partner in offering a lady a once in life time chance to live in a tent on the side of the road, hasn't thus far work out very well...

I really don't know how to turn the tied of public opinion ensuring my lawful entitlements are put right. Its all i've been asking be sorted, lawful entitlements...
I welcome comments on this "Current Events and Politics" thread as it may help an early resolve...
