There is a look of grief...you all have seen it...the face of someone who just can't take in anymore. When I see that face, I know just to hold their hand and lead them gently through the days of grief until they can give a little smile once more.

I have heard it does too. I have smelled a kind of sweet smell but am not sure if the smell occured before the person died or after Just noticed this odd smell about the same time. I have noticed people who are terminally ill also have a look to their eyes. Not all the time but sometimes their eyes get a strange look. I have actually seen that look on peoples faces before and thought ut-oh they only have a limited amount of time left. Usually I have noticed that look when they are with in six months of death.
