But I don't know whether they really do what they offer. They want payment in advance and in such cases I am always doubtful. What is your opinion?
Maybe I can help you in that matter............What's the subject of your dissertation and what kind of school? Do you have in your school ati-plagiat detecting system? Do you have to provide it to your tutor only in traditional paper form or on eletronic storage discs too?
When it comes to payment, it's a policy to some prepaids, but retaining amount AFTER completing and accepting entire work. Better don't use websites, but try to find people who has been using that already and can give you a recommendation.
