yip THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTED! WHICH PROMTED MY FIRST POST
The point is, and you probably won't realize this until you are a man in your 40s, there is just a difference in maturity, in perspective, in all kinds of things that's not that easily explained. Women my age will know exactly what I'm talking about.
Having said that, when I used to go out, I had a lot of friends of all ages. But what we had in common was beer and pool and I didn't see them outside the billiards club. A guy in his 20s just doesn't have the maturity level that I prefer and even those who do conduct themselves with a lot more maturity than their counterparts, that doesn't matter much to me. I think a much older woman with a much younger man -- or a much older man with a much younger woman -- just "looks" ridiculous. Good example: Mary Kay and Villi..even now she still seems like more of a mother figure and he more like a son figure -- actually, in that case, he seems the much more mature of the two.
thank god its not politics being debated now that would be a blast but as i said accept them there flowers some one took the time to send, it would be a shame to see them weither and dye, mummy no, they just want to fill your vase
I guess if I'm ever in Ireland you're going to have to teach me how to drink like and Irish woman! I would welcome that! You're wonderful...have a great evening dear.
I welcome that thought! Thank you. My brother-in-law is 100% Irish and can drink to prove it! He's fantastic. So, find me one of them Irish lads and I'll be setting plans to visit! LOL. Have a keg ready at the airport.
Huh? I don't just call myself a bit Irish, I AM a bit Irish, even if just a wee bit. See? I say "wee" and everything! My mother's ancesters were Irish, English and Scot, and my dad's were Lithuanian, Polish and French.
that would explain have 1 beer
Ummm...okay...but no thanks, I don't drink.
nah im not upset or hurt i can stand up for myself
No one's stopping you dearie, nor did I attempt to stop anyone else from voicing their opinion...
fear of editing..
Fear of editing? Now, that's a new one on me...
And fear of "rebuttal"? In a "public" forum discussion? What do you think these forums are designed for, so that everyone will AGREE with one another?
