I was home for a weekend once years ago while I was in the US Coast Guard. While home, I went to see some friends I had grown up with.
We went to a spot we used to hang out at as kids which was where a K-Mart had gone in. Some of the woods were still there which is where I parked the car. We were just sitting there drinking beers and smoking a little weed.
A police car came along on a little dirt road from the shopping plaza. The weed got hid and the beers were set down out of site. They came up, flashed a light into the car and asked me for an ID.
I fished out my drivers license and military ID. After explaining that I was home for the weekend to visit family and friends, they said take it easy and then left.
