Lately I seem to have plenty of these, and need some kind of stress relief, which enerally means, I end up in the kitchen cooking
For some crazy reason, it distracts me, the only problem is i end up with a gourmet meal for 5, which doesn't help my diet

Eating tends to make me sleepy, which in turn relaxes me, so next time you're stressed, call. I'll be happy to wash the dishes before my nap too.

Massage! Once upon a time I was a massage therapist and I know this works. If you can afford one a week for 4 weeks your world will change.
The trouble is when your stressed and need something you do not have to make a spa reservation for it can be a problem.
Learning how to balance your chakra's does work and you might be amazed at the results in a few weeks time.

I didnt rate the experience much to be honest a good long soak in peace would have same effect...... Yoga is wonderful and you sleep like a baby after it
