1) if the adult is in college.
2) if they have lost their job or have had to take a large paycut.
3) If someome has a physical disability.
On the other hand I think its strange that someone is still living at home at 30 and they can well afford to move out and rent, wouldn't you agree?

ah no honestly I also do think this strange, only because I love the freedom of my own space & independence but I think its just a personal view really! I moved home briefly a couple of years ago, I had been out of home for a couple of years at this stage and it was a real struggle to live there however much I adore them!! I remember thinking at the time never again!!
