Put a hot water bottle on the area, then after about ten minutes rotate your neck slowly, side to side and up and down to try relieve the spasm.

Well we're here to laugh m'dear! laugh laugh hehe
I gathered up loads of pillows and put them on the bed against the headboard and tucked the hot water bottle in there to balance it and hold it and positioned myself thusly and watched a few movies wating for it to kick in and do something - so depending on where yours is located that might be an easy, less laughable option! Just don't pull a muscle in the other side in awkward balancing attempts! Hopefully it works a charm for you aswell! bouquet

Place your hands flat down on a door frame in the house.try to keep your elbows on the frame as well and start to step into the room the far side....You should feel the shoulders and peck muscles tightening and try about 20 of them per day

this will give your muscles strength helping your shoulder and neck become more resistant to pain ...

Hope this helps and as my Physio would say ive just saved you a fortune

first you need to detach the baby from the front of you. grin
then you need to check how you are sitting at your computer. if you don't rest your elbows as you type - you will have repeated trouble with this. if it's not the computer creating the strain, something else in your life style is and needs to change. it's easy enough to treat the symptoms, but the cause of them must be found and dealt with.hug bouquet
