How often are you glad that you told the truth?
I am a blow in where I live.
Some things have come up in conversation... I told people that a family member was involved in an annual event...quite a big annual event....it was the truth...
she decided to attend this annual event and I was able through my family member to arrange accomodation....I would have been screwed if I had been lying...
A co worker just texted me from New York, I had told her that I lived there...that also was the truth....She wanted to know a good place to drink... I gave her the name of the place I used to work in...I rang them first and they now have champagne on ice for her...she is on her honeymoon after all. also told them that they can tell the absolute truth about me..sure she knows me anyway lol... this place is a dump..well a dump with character in the middle of manhattan but if I had pretended otherwise I would have been found out
So is lying about yourself ever good??? You will always be found out or I think so anyway.,.
